Photographing the sunrise print

Created in December 2020 in my sketchbook after seeing this photographer capturing the sunrise. This was during one of the covid lockdowns when going down to the beach to see the sun come up and down was a popular thing to do.
All of my paintings are created in watercolour and ink in a sketchbook, in which I paint, draw and write every day. My style is really informed by my years of being a calligrapher. I’m really inspired by Grimsby and Cleethorpes, and wider Lincolnshire.
